Let’s go to the north of Lyon to discover a very nice wine region with small hills and a light, fruity and gourmet wine full of character.

You will start the day with the south of Beaujolais, the region of golden stones. The vineyards of the Beaujolais appellation grow on these limestone rocks rich in iron oxide.After crossing beautiful villages surrounded by vineyards, you will visit a small local estate. You will be immediately immersed in the warm atmosphere of the Beaujolais. You will taste different red wines but also white and perhaps rosé.

After lunch in a local restaurant, you will head north for the Route des Crus, where you can observe the variety of landscapes that make this land rich. The 10 Crus follow each other and touch each other but none is the same, they each have their own specificity and unique taste. Come taste them, they will surprise you! You will open the door of another equally charming estate where you will taste other wines with the beautiful cherry red dress and aromas of red currant, blackberry and raspberry.
