Beaujolais: the finest AOC wines – Half day
The small French Tuscan
Nicknamed the small French Tuscan, the South of Beaujolais is warm with its stones that shine in the sun. These limestone rocks, rich in iron oxide, reflect the light in the middle of the green landscapes of the vineyards.
Along with your driver and guide, in a people carrier with all the mod cons, you will start the tour with a stop in the heart of the golden stones. We will explain the origin and typology of this vineyard and present you this gourmet and fruity wine.
After crossing beautiful villages surrounded by vineyards, you will visit two local wineries. You will be immediately immersed in the warm atmosphere of the Beaujolais during your meeting with the producers. You will taste different red wines but also white and perhaps rosé.
A good introduction to Beaujolais wines, which we hope will make you want to come back!

A wonderful experience. Matilda was very knowledgeable and informative. The two family run wineries give you a full understanding on how wine is produced from earth to glass.

Our guide Anaïs was very friendly and knowledgeable. The visit to two vignerons in the Pierres Dorées was very nice and the wines were great. The beautiful hills and the village of Oignt were most memorable. Recommended!
