Food tour disappointments

I reserved the Les Halles food tour 6 weeks before arriving in Lyon, and thought all was good. It was cancelled two days in advance and i was offered the 3-hr Presque Ile trip. I agreed, reluctantly. Then, the afternoon before that trip, it was cancelled and i was offered a 4-hr afternoon tour away from my hotel. I refused, as it was too hot for a tour of that length. My money was refunded, but i was disappointed with this unpredictable scheduling.
